Cooking Terms:
- Tongue: A variety of meat, rarely served because it clearly crosses the line between a cut of beef and a piece of dead cow.
I found this definition in the Friday File which is an email newsletter put out by one of my colleagues. I had a great chuckle at this definition this morning.
